I worked with a major Canadian shoe retailer, to help them refine their workflows, and improve both their CX and EX. With fresh eyes, we went through the various processes, both as customers, and as members of the creative team. This gave a clear understanding of the pain points we had to address. I educated the team on UX best practices, and how these apply to their business, through various workshops and whiteboarding sessions. The emphasis was on documentation and transparency, to enable effective collaboration, and to preserve institutional knowledge.

I led the UX overhaul for a real estate lead management platform’s pivot and redesign, and helped modernize their UI.

For this client, my team and I created a single, bound magazine with user-friendly service editorial, and integrated coupons. We incorporated digital calls-to-action (such as Facebook Messenger bots and SMS codes), and envisioned a pathway to gradually move the majority of the content online, to improve usability and reduce waste.
